Service Ip Range

When a service is defined, service needs an ip, this ip is selected from this range.

Suppose if a network exists with service ip range 172.28.28.0/24, and when you created a mysql-dev service in this network that targets your real application which works in somewhere, system select the empty ip like 172.28.28.1, and goes on like 172.28.28.2 ...
